Leisureplay Plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Francisco Anthony
Bodie Fabrizi as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Fabrizi, aged 42, is an experienced corporate financier and director and
owner of Ghaliston Limited, an FSA regulated corporate finance and fund
management business.

Mr Fabrizi was previously a director of Leisureplay Plc, formerly known as
Murray Financial Corporation Plc. He currently holds 15,000,000 ordinary shares
of 5p in the Company representing 15% of the issued share capital.

Mr Fabrizi's current and previous directorships and partnerships over the past
five years are as follows:
