Leisureplay is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Ian Causton, aged
34, as a Non-executive Director of the Group with immediate effect.

Mr. Causton was previously a director of Leisureplay between 2 July 2003 and 16
September 2003 when the company's name was Murray Financial Corporation PLC.

Mr. Causton is employed by Havilland Management Ltd. Both Havilland Management
Ltd and Lavonia Ltd which holds 17.35% of the ordinary shares in Resurge plc
are ultimately controlledby the trustees of the Rowland Law Purpose Trust
2001. Resurge in turn holds 29.9% of the ordinary shares of Leisureplay. He is
also Company Secretary of Resurge PLC.

Mr Causton's current and previous directorships and partnerships over the past

In addition to the appointment of Mr Causton, the Board announces that Jamie C
Constable resigns from his position as joint Managing Director of the Group to
pursue other interests. The Board thanks Mr Constable for his considerable
contribution to the Group and wishes him well in the future.
