19/1/2006 00:19 | This one looks to be right on a longterm support line, the longterm RSI looks to be moving up from a very oversold position and now that unit Imagelinx is so profitable, this has the potential to almost double over the next 12 months. Looking at the progress of the recent halves, shows that profits are weighted to the second half...ie: Jun03 (-6.72M); dec03 (-3.9M); jun04 (-4.54M); dec04 1.44M; jun05 (-1.5M); dec05 ...??? So far there is nothing to suggest the same level of improvement is not continuing, with margins associated with imagelinx increasing substantially and the lesser performing area being addressed. I would not be surprised if a trading update is issued to the effect that they are performing significantly ahead of expectations. It is perfectly concievable that they could do next years projected earnings this year ie 1.1p (4.1M) Thus at a sector rating of 15x earnings it is possible that the currentsp could be re rated to 16.5p I would expect seymour to issue an update forecast, which even being generous, could be 1.5 eps, which even at a market rating of 14x earnings would equate to 21p....imo...dyor maxi ;0) | maximoney1

A fair turnaround seems to be happening at long last in this company and with all those losses they won't be paying tax for years to come on any profits. | callumross
