This one looks to be right on a longterm support line, the longterm RSI looks to be moving up from a very oversold position and now that unit Imagelinx is so profitable, this has the potential to almost double over the next 12 months. Looking at the progress of the recent halves, shows that profits are weighted to the second half...ie:

Jun03 (-6.72M); dec03 (-3.9M); jun04 (-4.54M); dec04 1.44M; jun05 (-1.5M); dec05 ...??? So far there is nothing to suggest the same level of improvement is not continuing, with margins associated with imagelinx increasing substantially and the lesser performing area being addressed. I would not be surprised if a trading update is issued to the effect that they are performing significantly ahead of expectations. It is perfectly concievable that they could do next years projected earnings this year ie 1.1p (4.1M) Thus at a sector rating of 15x earnings it is possible that the currentsp could be re rated to 16.5p I would expect seymour to issue an update forecast, which even being generous, could be 1.5 eps, which even at a market rating of 14x earnings would equate to 21p....imo...dyor

I would not be holding a large long position in this stock if I were you there is no short term recovery story here.

The Company has been informed that Third Advance Value Realisation Company
Limited has acquired an interest in 13,217,305 ordinary 5p shares in the Company
representing approximately 5.45% of the issued share capital. The acquired
shares are to be registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited a/c TAV01.

Sure..Net liabilities £(5.6)Million, so no value there for shareholders Intangibles £7.5Million and they have managed to loose nearly £60Million so far...this is doomed the way it's going! 200k purchase is peanuts they need to find £millions to keep this going!

LTG Technologies plc has been informed today that Mr Alistair Rae, a non
executive Director of the Company yesterday purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at
11p per share. Following such acquisition, Mr Rae holds 200,000 ordinary shares
of the Company representing 0.0825% of the issued share capital.

seymour pierce, the house brokers, are forecasting PBT of £1.6m this year, rising to £2.6m for next year for EPS of 0.7p, rising to 1.1p. A fair turnaround seems to be happening at long last in this company and with all those losses they won't be paying tax for years to come on any profits.
