BOARD APPOINTMENT

London, United Kingdom - 21 July 2023 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM : LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, further to its announcement of 29 June 2023, Mr Claude Lemasson, Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Landore Resources, has been appointed to its Board with immediate effect having previously joined the Company's management team on 4 July 2023.

Claude (P.Eng, MBA, ICD.D) , based in Toronto, Canada, is a highly credentialled individual, with over 30 years' experience in exploration, development, mine construction and producing mining operations throughout the Americas. He also brings board experience, having previously served as a director of several junior publicly listed mining companies.
