                              Suspension of shares


Further to weekend press speculation, KPR announces that it is in negotiations
with a third party for a transaction which will constitute a reverse takeover
under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules. Accordingly the shares are suspended from
trading on AIM pending a further announcement.
