"The future retailers of the country will be catering to the next generation of consumers, who are growing up with the Internet, social media and smartphones as their primary environment."This is exactly what Koovs are doing- absolutely smashing up their (massive) rivals on social media. It's no wonder Lord Waheed Alli & Mary Turner have been sounding so bullish of late.

With a projected annual gross domestic product (GDP) growth of almost 7% over the next 10 years, driven primarily by urbanization, an expanding middle class, and more women entering the workforce, it is set to maintain its leadership position in the retail space. Moreover, with one of the highest growths in penetration of digital devices, the Internet, and robust investments in the sector, India is on the cusp of becoming the worlds fastest growing e commerce market.

The future retailers of the country will be catering to the next generation of consumers, who are growing up with the Internet, social media and smartphones as their primary environment.

Snippets from 2017 Indian Budget- overall positive.Budget 2017 is focused on bringing growth back to the economy after demonetisation. While there is no specific focus on the e-commerce sector, the overall thrust on a digital economy will enable the industry to flourish. Mr. Manu Agarwal, Founder and CEO, Naaptol"Government has planned to take digitisation of transactions to the grass-root level and believe it is a good step towards a stronger economy. The convenience of digital payments will instigate the consumers to spend more and I believe it is positive sign for us".Kunal Bahl, Co-founder & CEO, SnapdealWe commend the focus on growing the digital footprint in the country – enhancing digital infrastructure, capping cash transactions, reducing cash donations, using Adhaar Pay to enable more digital payments are significant measures.

I've been viewing this as a pennant or a wedge continuation pattern yes, which in this case would favour a downward break, however it makes more sense to view it as consolidation within a range 45-53ish as the market awaits some meaningful impetus. But there's strong support at 45 and that is the area below which we negate the uptrend from 2016. It's unsettling how heavy this is and the multiple taps at the lower end of the range. I started buying on this dip early at 55 and again 47 with 52 avg

A question for the technical analysts/chartists, does that look like a pennant forming on the chart?

The management have pedigree & integrity.

Mary Turner mentioned a few months ago

"Koovs has outperformed every market benchmark"

Koovs are absolutely smashing e commerce & online fashion growth benchmarks in India, taking away market share from the big guns.

One of the e commerce giants will eventually see the potential here especially with the high margin & fast growing Koovs private label which now accounts for 40% of all sales & growing fast.

As competition between the big players Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Alibaba, Walmart etc intensifies, smaller companies like Koovs will be swallowed up.

Personally, I don't think it will have a chance to grow massive & will be taken out for a few pounds.

I also tried a dummy sell of 21000, no problem which is unusual as the NMS is 5000 for this share I believe.
