Software and Solutions Portfolio Expands to Keep Pace with Rising Customer Expectations

Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ and LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications that simplify and transform the First Mile™ of customer engagement, today debuted a wide range of new product innovations at Transform 2015, the Company’s annual end user customer and reseller conference at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas from March 9 -10.

The key new product innovations unveiled include:

• Kofax Mobile ID™ – a mobile capture framework that lets an organization’s customers submit proof of their identity as part of an account opening process by simply taking a picture of their driver license, passport or international identity card using their smartphone or other mobile device. Mobile ID then extracts and validates the business critical content and submits it to Kofax TotalAgility®, the Company’s flagship smart process application development and deployment platform, or the organization’s other enterprise applications for further processing.
• Kofax Claims Agility™ – an ICD-10 compliant smart process application framework built on Kofax TotalAgility that automates the processing of UB04 and CMS-1500 medical claim forms and attachments. It captures, extracts and validates all patient, policy, provider and service line data, identifies invalid codes and enables validation workers to quickly review or correct errors and to accept, escalate or deny claims as appropriate. Claims are output into standard EDI files and directed into downstream adjudication processes, thereby increasing productivity, reducing costs and improving customer service.
• Kofax SignDoc™ – electronic signature (e-signature) software that enables organizations to offer a fully digital, streamlined and secure signing experience while speeding, simplifying and instilling confidence in electronic transactions. These capabilities transform and optimize the customer experience, while reducing operating costs and driving increased competitiveness, growth and profitability. SignDoc is seamlessly integrated into Kofax TotalAgility and available on a standalone basis.
• Kofax Customer Communications Manager™ – customer communications management software that allows organizations to generate, personalize and manage both digital and paper based correspondence requiring on-demand, interactive and transaction focused capabilities. It will soon be seamlessly integrated into Kofax TotalAgility and is now available on a standalone basis. TotalAgility, SignDoc and Customer Communications Manager together deliver on the promise of digital transaction management using a single, fully unified platform.
