They issued that statement because that is how it is, there was a reason for the
rise, mass bulltin board ramping but looking at the company itself no reason why
the shares should be over 1p, just shows what can happen when a group of rampers
work together to push a stock with poor fundamentals, unfiltered tara to post this, will put tara back on filter now.

also nav on kwi is pretty much where the market cap is...if any one wants a bargain research VIR (DONT BUY ON MY RECOMMENDATION) £3.4m in cash plus shares/options of £1m...current market cap £2.8m.

no pump intended.

many shares are being pumped and dumped at the moment by the same posters...the price moves up quickly and every man and his dog jump in, they sell out but continue to ramp before moving on...maybe kwi don't want to be part of that.

thge very quickly released rnswould suggest that.

I find the sipp is a comfortable way of investing/trading as there is no panic urge to sell knowing that if I believe in the story there is plenty of time.
I'm also into AEO, AGL, CMG, GDP, FOGL, LRM, MTV, RMM, SUMM, SUN & TLY
A couple of these are due to your posts so if they make it big time and my sipp makes it to a £million I'll treat you to dinner.

For info the 15k @ 1.055 was a buy. Spare cash in my sipp it has 10 yrs to hit the big time.

At one point the share price was 1.25 - 1.4 = showed as a 26% increase on munnyam. Having said that, no trades above 1.15. Bizarre.

Comes down from 6p on a huge overhang of stock, that then gets cleared , up 15% and out comes an RNS.!

It seems to me there are only 2 sensible conclusions:

1. Incompetence;
2. Sneaky attempt to drop price deliberatly for some reason.

Either way, does not reflect well on BOD IMHO

Thats not the RNS I thought we were going to get at lunchtime,but if we get another telling us ISI is reducing further,then we may get another hike this afternoon!!!

And will that be followed by another RNS...!!
