Not to keen on accounts. [They make up just 15% of my view on a stock]

Reason 1, As you well know, they can and are set up for the company to tell you what they want and more to the point mean very little when huge FTSE firms with "great good looking accounts" go down the pan.!! OVERNIGHT.

Reason 2 99% of investors are looking just like you at SIX OR MONTH OLD NEWS.!!

Reason 3. At £700,000 the accounts mean just about ZERO .

Reason 4. I have had very, very few companies go down on me, infact might get one a year.

Reason 5 If one of say ten go down in a year it costs me very, very, little, for a start i get back 28% in tax.!!

Reason 6 when these tiny Aim stocks 10 bag you can have 8 more go down on you in the same year and you are still in profit.!!

YOU STAY AWAY.!!

Howard,

you pay your money you take your chance, 40% of shares traded smells of something going on.

This investment company could be cleaned up pretty quickly if required by an RTO. Its a perfect cheap entry point for a resource company looking to come to AIM. It costs £1m for an IPO at least, and it takes forever to complete...

IPO's are not fashionable, finding a little AIM stock with no skeletons in the cupboard is perfect imho

Kenny has had loads of 5, 10 and more i think.

If like me you have done 2p to £1.50p and 4p to £9.50 you soon learn the way to do it is buy when a seller hands you dirt cheap stock and wait.!!

NOT THAT HARD TO DO IS IT.???

Tara.

I've yet to see you read and post the accounts in any stock you are in, you seem to avoid the subject whenever i bring it up.
A tiny business with some struggling companies on tiny turnover that might if you
are lucky make £50k, no reason for this 5 bagger talk.

Kennyruss.

Take a look at Care for 2 mil market cap and see what you get there, that is crying out value not this i'm afraid.

Lets assume 10% profit margin, that's 23k profits, they might be making a profit but it will be eaten up with adminstration charges and then the listing here itself is not cheap, valuation about right but all this 5 bagger talk is just rubbish.

So the have:

100% of CMS - which marginally profitable, but suggestion of better growth in 2nd quarter of 2011. turnover approx £500k to dec 2010

49% of Vermeesch - turnover of about £750k - and recently moved to new premises onl a few weeks ago... - expansion?

investments of at least £300k+ in UK and European stocks - The European stocks investment figure was not quoted, but less than UK - so I would assume £400k in total.

No debt, and mkt cap less than a million...

from interims to june 2011

"CMS, the London based corporate consultants to growth companies, performed in line with expectations, trading profitably on net revenues of GBP234,000 during the period of ownership (GBP500,000 for the year ended December 2010). Over the last few months, CMS has made some important hires of high quality professionals, the benefit of which is expected to come through in the second half of the year.

The Board was pleased to report that the Company made a number of investments in small cap UK quoted stocks totalling approximately GBP300,000 during the period, the collective value of which had increased by almost 10% at the period end. In addition, the Company held some smaller investments in European stocks, the collective value of which had, unfortunately, fallen at the period end, partially negating the strong gains made on the UK stocks.

The Company maintains its position in Vermeesch Installaties BV ("Vermeesch"), the Rotterdam-based security equipment installation and maintenance firm acquired in September 2010. Trading remains challenging for Vermeesch in its sector and the directors are currently undertaking an operational review of its business in order to improve its working capital. Further updates on its performance over the second half of 2011 will be made in due course"

Well stay away then.!!!

Now , when I posted TARA"S ten for 2010, the stocks did not do much for weeks. then over the following months they returned 78%.!!

I did the same in 2011, when the AIM index fell 25% my stocks went up 18%.

I did the same this year and have 3 that have doubled after the companies put out great news.!!!

So you stay away, and i will do my very best to find undervalued stocks.

Good luck in any event.

Fact is this.

Company valued at next to zero.

Millions bought on Fri, some by investors here, but what about the other 20m odd.??

The shares may pop today, tomorrow, or next week but if one gets an overhang removed , followed by non stop buying the stock HAS to go up.!!

Also note the amount of stock that hits the market keeps going down as investors buy and hold.
