KINGFISHER PLC Transaction in own shares     28 May 2024: Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company", "Kingfisher") announces that on 24 May 2024 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from Goldman Sachs International ("GSI") as part of its £300 million share repurchase programme announced on 19 September 2023 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased by Kingfisher from GSI as an "on-exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.   Date of Purchase: 24 May 2024 Total number of shares purchased: 10,000 Volume Weighted Average price paid per share: £2.6153 Highest price paid per share: £2.6300 Lowest price paid per share: £2.5900   To date, Kingfisher has purchased 18,616,778 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from GSI in connection with the second tranche of the Programme.
