Well whatever your take here there's one undeniable fact that KBE have three incredibly wealthy investors being Jacob Engel and his huge and successful property and investment group that ultimately own 68.3%You've got The Morris family with 28% and you've got a single shareholder of GBES with a fantastic slice. All linked with property investments and all knowing just how many 10's millions of pounds the rolled over tax losses gives their businesses. We've got the existing market makers under scrutiny from the authorities and a new MM on the block the day after the spot light was turned on on the city spivs... I predict a very strong few days and weeks here and still believe the next spike will see 10p but sustain it. Let's see...

Roomb It's a name and if any investor seriously things I'm the Middle East property investor who owns ERD they need their head looking at.You don't see me questioning other user names - if I'd been called Seve Ballesteros would you have believed I'd come back to give you golf tips!Stop clutching at straws and accept KBE have 9m assets and debts of 70m.Take a look what happened to orchid developments? Do you think if ERD are owed so much you as a pitiful shareholder would see any of your money back? You're a rabbit in the headlights unfortunately it's likely to be lights out very quickly I'm afraid. Why are you called roomb?

You also have people on London South East like "Flyinghorse" who are stating I'm a new billionaire investor in Kimberley which isn't true. The ownership is purely the fact the additional shares transferred to GBES related to 2.871,460 shares in ERD (not KBE) and have been split between GBES and Gabay that own a percentage of ERD that holds 68.35% of KBE. So I'm not a new investor here - my stake in Kimberley remains the same it's the companies holding a percentage of ERD that have changed. Please read the facts below and someone kindly inform Flyinghorse he's stating inaccurate information.Jacob.The Board of Kimberly, the AIM-quoted Eastern European residential property developer (KBE.L), has been notified that the transfer of control of 2,871,460 ordinary shares ("Shares") in Engel Resources and Development Limited ("ERD") held by advocates Yuri Nechushtan and Eyal Neiger as receivers to GBES Limited ("GBES") has been completed. The ownership of the Shares will be split between GBES and the Gabay Group Limited, an Israeli real estate company, and its subsidiaries (the "Gabay Group"). As a result of the splitting of the Shares, GBES will hold 1,738,088 ordinary shares in ERD (representing 32.1% of the voting right of ERD) and the Gabay Group will hold a total of 1,669,927 ordinary shares in ERD (representing 30.9% of the voting right of ERD), including 536,555 ordinary shares in ERD held by the Gabay Group prior to the splitting of the Shares. The transfer of shares to GBES has now taken place, and the transfer of shares to the Gabay Group is due to be completed shortly. ERD controls Engel General Developers Limited, which holds 68.35% of the issued share capital of Kimberly. Accordingly, GBES will hold a 21.9% economic interest in Kimberly and the Gabay Group will hold a 21.1% economic interest in Kimberly.

Did you spot that...They dropped the bid and we're accepting to take my full holding whilst keeping the ask high. The shares are getting tighter and I'm expecting another surge north shortly.Too little stock - too much demand a billionaire investor holding over 68%Once free of the 1p area I can see these really flying...
