About time this was put down. Hopefully taking some of the ghastly rampers with it...

EUR losses of 63 mill and Engel owed EUR 23 mill and own 65% of KBE. Assets all but sold and not much left, so how can they make use of these losses and recover their money or do they let if fold?

Ahh good share the pain/joy . Possibly run over as was getting a quote to sell @.54 but now only .51 unless some buyers come on board.

Tracy, this is not about emotions but it is about facts. You said that TLOU had "slid".
That must mean that the share price was down. Or did you mean that it had slid upwards? LOL.
If you look at the chart for today , and recently, you will see that the opposite is true.
I have no financial interest in TLOU but I do have some KBE shares.

Instead of the rubbish amateur psychology, try looking at the facts.

I posted a long research post yesterday and feel miffed that Advfn had technical issues and all posts from yesterday across all boards were lost.

In summary, on page 8 of the finals KBE owe ERD circa €25m and owe nothing else to any other creditor. MLP has been selling assets in Canada for substantial profits of which KBE own 20%. KBE have agreed with ERD that all monies generated from the sale of MLP valuable building landing will go to pay off ERDs debts with KBE. If you look at the last sale and look back at MLPs book value of their assets, they sold land for €13.1m of which KBE received 20% and the asset book value was a fraction of the €13.1m

I'm aware MLP is selling other significant land blocks so you can see we can make a serious dent in the money owed to ERD. People can now see why ERD who own 68.3% of KBE gave interest free loans because not only will the committed debt of KBE be reduced significantly by MLP asset sales, but KBE has its own assets of just under £10m and now couple the £80m rolled over tax losses which are worth £22-28m in tax savings and a RTO is not only on the cards but will make Engel Invest and Jacob millions of pounds.

22m shares in freefloat and it's getting harder to buy. New market maker bidding for stock (I wonder why) and low and behold IMO double figures will be reached in a blink of an eye.

So ERD have a mechanism to reduce the liabilities owed to it from KBE by receiving payments from MLP. It owns 68.3% of KBE assets £10m and for a tidy sum it can take out the remaining shares to save £22-28m in tax...all for just 88m shares...10pps is cheap as well they know!!

Guys. After doing a lot of digging, research, calls and emails I believe the following will unfold here and I also know an approach has been made regarding the remaining shares of KBE. As we know ERD controls Engel General Developers which holds 68.35% of Kimberley. Engel Group is the holding company The contracts that Engel Group are involved in run into the billions and I believe an announcement will be forthcoming regarding Engel General Developers acquiring the remaining 31.65% of KBE of which 6.44% is already owned by Real Property Investments. Engel Group plan to put several substantial contracts through Engel General Developers and will utilise the significant tax losses accumulated by KBE over the past few years.I believe that's why there's a new market maker on the block and why there was a concerted attack to keep the share price low.An offer is coming - that I have no doubts...and why the Morris family are in bed with Eli Gabay holding 28.4% of KBE.The board of Kimberley have no option but to now come clean because there has been an approach... To cast a spot light on the situation with KBE the Morris Family are potential beneficiaries of Real Property Investments that hold 5,655,732 shares in Kimberley and beneficiaries of GBES that holds 21.9% of KBE giving them 28.4% interest in Kimberley.Eli Gabay holds an interest of 21.9% interest in KBE through holding 30.9% of ERD.

Well this man owns 68% of KBE and and all the debt secured by ERD and not KBE as far as I can see.ERD and GBES have given interest free loans to KBE in the past which were repaid by the sale of MPLs assets in Canada.I believe KBE is being used to capitalise on the huge losses it's carrying forward and will make an ideal RTO opportunity for some successful property company to utilise the massive tax losses. Oh a successful property company like ERD!!!

You also have people on London South East like "Flyinghorse" who are stating I'm a new billionaire investor in Kimberley which isn't true. The ownership is purely the fact the additional shares transferred to GBES related to 2.871,460 shares in ERD (not KBE) and have been split between GBES and Gabay that own a percentage of ERD that holds 68.35% of KBE. So I'm not a new investor here - my stake in Kimberley remains the same it's the companies holding a percentage of ERD that have changed. Please read the facts below and someone kindly inform Flyinghorse he's stating inaccurate information.Jacob.The Board of Kimberly, the AIM-quoted Eastern European residential property developer (KBE.L), has been notified that the transfer of control of 2,871,460 ordinary shares ("Shares") in Engel Resources and Development Limited ("ERD") held by advocates Yuri Nechushtan and Eyal Neiger as receivers to GBES Limited ("GBES") has been completed. The ownership of the Shares will be split between GBES and the Gabay Group Limited, an Israeli real estate company, and its subsidiaries (the "Gabay Group"). As a result of the splitting of the Shares, GBES will hold 1,738,088 ordinary shares in ERD (representing 32.1% of the voting right of ERD) and the Gabay Group will hold a total of 1,669,927 ordinary shares in ERD (representing 30.9% of the voting right of ERD), including 536,555 ordinary shares in ERD held by the Gabay Group prior to the splitting of the Shares. The transfer of shares to GBES has now taken place, and the transfer of shares to the Gabay Group is due to be completed shortly. ERD controls Engel General Developers Limited, which holds 68.35% of the issued share capital of Kimberly. Accordingly, GBES will hold a 21.9% economic interest in Kimberly and the Gabay Group will hold a 21.1% economic interest in Kimberly.
