I will be buying a very large amount of shares below 20p WHEN it gets there. I am that confident.
And I have the funds available.

I don't think that is correct, no deal no £40m
No deal and the shares will be suspended on 3 June 2013.

Will see if the licences are reinstated before I even think about buying back here.

The £40m fund is already in. Read the RNS of 17 April. It's about the licence now and if we don't get it before 31 May, we go back to being a shell and seek another investment .... not the end of the world. imo.

Seems the mm never let it have anything less than a 5p spread, another crazy
reaction on one tiny trade buy in this case

What happens when the licences are confirmed with a nms of 500 shares with everybody trying to buy the stock, I'm happy to watch it drift with buttons in it because the illiquidity means a small paper loss will evaporate on good news to
a good profit I hope.

Problem is until the licences are confirmed what do KEM really have, mkt is uncertain of any value currently.

So price now the same as 0.04 before consolidation, massively oversold but still
no sign of a bounce, mm's have 7500 each way online which will get slashed depending if next trade is a buy or sale.

Another 3p slashed from bid on one sale, when does the bounce come, looks like a
all time low now, very jittery mm's, one buy or sale moves the price in a big %

Appointment of Director

The Company announces that in order to assist with the development of the Company in Kazakhstan, Aidar Assaubayev has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board intends to appoint a further independent non-executive director to maintain the balance of the Board at the ealiest opportunity. Pending the appointment of a further independent non-executive director, the Company has taken steps to ensure that voting by the Board will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the highest Corporate Governance standards.

Bill Trew, Chairman of Kemin, said, "Aidar's experience of the mining industries and economies in the regions where Kemin will be operating will be of great assistance to the board. I am very pleased he has joined us."

I think it works boths way here, a decent sale and they slice limits and vice versa, when that small buy went in at 27p they slashed the buy limits to 1500
from 7500, highly illiquid both ways.

BTW rns came out this afternoon, things taking shape gradually.
