The cynical one.....oh dear.....it is simply you who is embarrassing and the market appears to like the RNS.

If you dug as deep as KDR do and breakdown the wording in the RNS, then even a silly boy like you would clearly see and comprehend what has been said.

Fund the ADVANCEMENT of the company's PRINCIPAL diamond ops and in particularly the recently acquired Lahtojoki Diamond Project.
Targets clearly defined, money not being wasted elsewhere now....

General working cap as you rightly say, but compared to other placings, it's quite small thus hints at timescales now as RTZ are funding analysis etc as mentioned in previous releases.

I see you forgot to mention the warrants at 1.6p and further ones at 5p.

I trust the Prof and Co...........not some clueless cynic.

Bet everyone is happy that fees, salaries, expenses and pension contributions are now covered for a while.

What a premium to the share price - a classic.....if they had raised the funds at a decent premium, I could understand it being mentioned....as it is, it is imo simply embarassing. jmo.

Hello there if anyone is interested in making some easy money this week Ukraine looks like it could win the Eurovision song contest odds have crashed 33/1 into 4/1 and looks like the winner to me and a small each way on Croatia at 100/1 probably will finish outside the top 4 but its worth a go at that price good luck all.

If it was a member of the board buying shares in the company the rns would be a Directors shareholding one not a holding in company .Directors have to inform the market with regards to every share purchase and sale where as a pi only has to notify the company when reaching 3% and then every full 1 percent after this hence the notification after crossing 4%.Same applies when selling if a pi for example went from 4 to 3% an rns holding in company would be required it is the responsibility of the shareholders to inform the company who then inform the market.
