KeyserSosse On any criteria, this sort of stock inevitably remains highly speculative until it produces a result - or goes belly up. As noted above, if with all the data now available to them and to a potential investor they can induce further cash input on decent terms, then my own view is they will be looking a decent speculative punt.

Ladybird and Keya.....how does that covert asset build I first mentioned over two years ago sound now ?

People mock and ridiculed my thoughts then but......hey........it's been 100% spot on hasn't it ?

After the brief flurry of excitement, we await the announcement of how they are to raise funds and, in particular, on what terms. Or not, of course, which would resolve matters once for all. They do seem from the latest investment to be taking a positive view of the prospects of raising the wind.

It will assuredly be a very interesting announcement!!

No I have just discovered that special brew is now only 8% so I have got 4 kestral for tonight that us 9% still. As for this I think punters should use the rise to take profits before todays buyers all turn sellers sending this back down to 0.5p after the dreaded placing !

I think Bonehead and Clyde have topped themselves.........

They'll be back when the share price dips a fraction or when they've finished their Gold Label.

A most surprising announcement - if only for financial reasons!

At end November the Company's net current assets were:

£'000s

Cash & Debtors 578
Creditors (310)

Net potentially available funds 268

'Cash used in operations' (as opposed to 'Investment in exploration and evaluation') in the previous 6 months was given as £157k. With E50k now committed to the new acquisition, funds must surely now be getting tight!

Two conclusions suggest themselves:

- There must be a (very!) imminent fund raising (cf. The Beaufort circular)
- Confidence the funds will be raised.

Surely they could only have signed the deal if confident they could finance it & more importantly have the funds to take it and their other interests forward. On that basis, it must also be a considerable confidence booster to existing investors.
