Contract Wins / Date of Results / Investment
Jarvis is pleased to announce that it has signed three further contracts for the
provision of settlement and financial administration services to commercial
clients. Further details will be released in due course.
Andrew Grant, chairman of Jarvis, commented "We are very pleased to have started
2008 so well by adding a further three commercial clients to our stable.
Enquiry levels for our services in this area remain strong and we are becoming
firmly established as a leading provider in the market for settlement services
to stockbrokers and investment firms."
Further, the company has increased its investment in Alexander David Holdings
Limited, the parent of Alexander David Securities Limited. Alexander David is a
commercial client of Jarvis as announced on 24 May 2007. This investment will
support the growth of Alexander David's retail advisory brokerage and their
expansion into corporate broking and advisor to AIM companies.
Finally the company wishes to advise that it intends to release its audited
results to 31 December 2007 on 29 January 2008. Details of the proposed
increased final dividend will accompany this announcement.
