The Board of  Jarvis Securities plc  announces that it  has posted  a
letter to its shareholders today giving notice that a General Meeting
will be held at the Company's registered office at 78 Mount  Ephraim,
Royal Tunbridge Wells,  Kent TN4 8BS  on 15 October  2008 at 11  a.m.
with the purpose of passing ordinary and special resolutions to adopt
certain provisions under the Companies  Act 2006 and new articles  of
association.
