The Company has today received notification that on the same day, Mathew Edmett, 
Finance Director of the Company sold, for personal tax reasons, 2,500 ordinary 
shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares"), at a price of 200p per share. 
Following this transaction Mr Edmett's total interest in the Company is 5,500 
ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's 
issued ordinary shares.
