Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 13(th) October 2015 that, on 12(th) October 2015, the Trustees of the Company's All Employee Share Plan ("the Plan") allocated shares of GBP0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in the Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:

This includes the Shares allocated to the aforementioned individuals.
