that's what I was thinking
...an RNS of first oil from Stella right now is probably the last thing that Delek want to see!

Bountyhunter, it is still in the Skaggerak at that speed it won't arrive onstation until May; looks like a change of orders. The delay could only have been initiated by the BOD as the charterer, something is definitely off here.

still no sign of the tanker alongside the FPF1 despite an ETA of 2 days ago now: 2017-02-09 08:00 UTC - held up by Deleks?

Fun, is that what she called it. Must have been dazzled-big time by your(or is it you're) wit and repartee.

Anyway, I shall take your sage advice and make my way home.

Far too many. How many people are you??

Anyway nighty night. Safe travels on the way home and straight to bed after lots of water.

Yes. Interesting that Delek are invested (20%) in SOU. Looks like they have wider ambitions than just our IAE.

Small world how did you know about Janet? Yes I was on her but it was just a bit of fun at the time you see. As for John he never found out, well I don't think he did. Anyway all consigned to history.

I've had those for many years, probably started when you were on Janet and John.

Bigdazzler.

Of course, you can't do anything about it, but AXA, Blackrock, Artemis can.

With your understanding of the machinations of corporate finance, maybe investing is something you should avoid.

This story is far from over in my humbe opinion.
But it might be May before we know what happens next.

Why would I avoid trading and investment when it's my income source. Maybe you should not try and advise people who you know nothing about. Your looking a bit silly.

Oh and humbe I assume you mean humble. Spend a little more time checking yourself than advising others. Just my opinion like

What a pretentious post by a pompous self-important prat.

Spent a couple of years in the City did you sonny?

has the tanker deliberately been held up?
it's ETA was 2017-02-09 08:00 UTC but it doesn't appear to be there yet...

If you buy the shares you get to vote them.
We are guaranteed 118p if this goes through, a lot more IMHO if it does not, therefore buy the shares and vote them. Preferably buy the shares in certificated form.

The most you can loose by buying is a penny or two a share, the potential gain over time is potentially large if this is voted down. All IMHO, DYOR, I do not offer advice.

Well there are rumours about a London listing which makes this bid stink; Iae a subsidiary and a launch of Delek shares at a premium. Another reason not to sell. There will be others like me who have to consider tax implications for this year and who may sell. I will hang on till end of tax year but I wouldn't mind not selling at all if they don't go unconditional.
Monkster, thanks for your 90%; knew I'd been involved over the years where a bid didn't go unconditional.

I think there is some mileage here. I remember Cove and others. Seldom done on opening bid.

It's pretty unusual in my experience to see such an overwhelming number of investors selling out at below the bid price in a takeover situation. I have been mulling over buying some here in anticipation of a better or a counter offer. I don't hold any at the moment but used to be a holder here. Why is everybody turning turtle so early in the process?

Patience, no counter bid yet, it takes time too pull a bid together and get approvals. 1.40 ish would be expected.

Delek will be forced by the takeover vote to raise side their bid above 1.40 IMHO

Glad I decided to sell the other day was going to hold but decided it stunk that much it was a done deal and little old me couldn't do jack about it.

Didn't want any currency factor messing things up either.

As far as I'm concerned IAE sold us up the river.
