06/2/2017 08:02 | Another stuffing by the board. Jez, is everyone corrupt these days? | johnrxx99
06/2/2017 08:01 | If your shares are within a Stocks & Shares ISA and we are snapped up for £1.20. What happens to your monies? Are you paid outside of the ISA??? Many thanks... R | cwmwillis
06/2/2017 08:01 | Interesting to see what the Institutional investors thing of this as a shafting! | guy_fawkes
06/2/2017 07:59 | But who are the biggest shareholders? Who will decide? | buy curious
06/2/2017 07:59 | £1.20p can go where the Sun does not shine. | guy_fawkes
06/2/2017 07:59 | Why so cheap? | shanig
06/2/2017 07:58 | way too low.... | deanroberthunt
06/2/2017 07:53 | something went on on the background here methinks, dirt cheap | squiresquire
06/2/2017 07:49 | £1.20p today with lots of premature sells being mopped up. | guy_fawkes
06/2/2017 07:45 | almost missed this aside right at the end of the RNS! "Stella Update Good progress has been made on completing the remedial work on the FPF-1 electrical junction boxes, with the start-up of production from the Stella field still anticipated later this month." | bountyhunter
06/2/2017 07:44 | £1.20p plus an uplift on what Stella can produce. | guy_fawkes
06/2/2017 07:43 | The offer is good news and should flush out any other bidders , but the price is too low! | oilandgas1
06/2/2017 07:43 | More to this story 120p too low with Stella imminent , more to roll on this story I think | ramas
06/2/2017 07:37 | At least no more Gangsta Placings, LOL. | frontdoor bull
06/2/2017 07:37 | If we all reject they will have to up the offer | georgie pie
06/2/2017 07:34 | wasn't expecting that right now! "The Offer provides shareholders with the opportunity to crystallise the value of their holdings in cash and represents a 12% premium to the TSX closing price of C$1.74 per share on 3 February 2017" ...just a 12% premium is not enough imo - with Stella coming on stream I believe we would be there anyway before long so long as oil stays above $50 Dalek are being opportunist with their timing, who can blame them, however the price should be higher imho ...a previous offer a few years ago which was much higher was rejected by the board although the oil price was higher then but Stella wasn't even close and production costs per barrel were higher | bountyhunter
06/2/2017 07:33 | Yep I agree, lets see what happens. I watched the Lavendon story unfold with interest, different sector, but let's see.... | blueeyes13
06/2/2017 07:30 | Maybe that is what Delek is up to ..get IAE on the cheap or beat out a higher bid. Either way they are winners. Interesting to see where the price settles at the end of today. | stevenlondon3
06/2/2017 07:30 | I certainly wouldn't be in a hurry to sell despite the management advice. Clearly IAE is up for sale so perhaps another bidder may emerge. Consensus seems to be that £1.20 is too cheap, I agree that it would have reached that price anyway on news of Stella (finally) starting up. | ethics_gradient
06/2/2017 07:20 | Far too cheap, it would have got to £1.20 in next few weeks anyway once Stella started pumping! | owenga
06/2/2017 07:19 | It's game over. Goodbye IAE. It's been a rewarding experience. Many thanks from a grateful shareholder Take the money and stick it into TRIN or maybe SQZ!! | mirabeau
06/2/2017 07:16 | Well that sucks big time, way too cheap. Only hope is that another interested party appears. This company would be worth over £2 per share in 18 months time IMO. Maybe this will crystallise any other potential bidders? | ethics_gradient |
