19/6/2010 12:38 | Well, at least still appears to be some hope. Looks like the comment about "raising £30mln" for Millwall Holdings could be an insight as to his immediate task. RNS 17 June 2010 IQ Holdings plc ('IQ' or the 'Company') AIM: IQH Directorate Changes IQ Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Jeffrey Marks, aged 49, as non executive chairman with immediate effect. David is replacing Tim Hearley who has stepped down to pursue his other business interests. David's track record includes founding, floating and managing Legion Group plc (formerly SectorGuard plc), an AIM listed security business, building annual turnover in excess of GBP30m. He also established a Corporate Finance Boutique, completing 4 ipo's in first seven months of trading. He was also involved in raising in excess of GBP30 million for Millwall Holdings plc over a 6 year period, whilst running non-football subsidiaries and project managing the New Den stadium development. David commented: "IQ is a shell at an interesting point in its development. I join at a fascinating time and am looking forward to making an immediate impact. On behalf of my fellow directors I'd like to thank Tim for his many years of service to IQ and to wish him the best of the luck for the future." 22/3/2010 12:25 | ummmmm...someone wants in here...couple of big buys gone through....interesti | pre
22/3/2010 09:20 | 2 buys at 0.145p,500k and 1.4mill on plus....something`s moving.. | maxmarilli
19/3/2010 14:53 | ...still can't buy RIVP either with iii or TDW, so how I will be able to sell them !?! | waleriuszwatrobka
19/3/2010 14:04 | iqh will be a cash shell with 50k in it...the loan notes are to be used when they need to buy any investements, that is how i understand it....i suppose it depends a lot from RIVP to permorm and it seems it will, accordingly from yesterday`s RNS... | maxmarilli
19/3/2010 14:04 | ...so it's only worth buying IQH if you fancy to get RIVP shares and you cannot buy on the open market as I couldn't but I think anything above .012p would be rip off. | waleriuszwatrobka
19/3/2010 14:00 | So given the total IQH shares in issue, that leaves iqh effectivley completly and totally worthless, infact less than worthless due to a liability since it has £150K of loan notes to t1ps? So why is IQH still so overpriced on the deal at 0.01p ? | envirovision
19/3/2010 13:56 | in a word...YES,envirovis | maxmarilli
19/3/2010 13:54 | Just trying to work this out and get up to speed again here. If I buy 10,000 shares here I get 36RHS shares worth 30p and am left with 10,000 IQH shares which becomes a shell investment company retaining £50K worth of rivington themselves? | envirovision
19/3/2010 09:48 | ...max, what will happened to IQH and its shares, are those RIVP distributed shares on top of IQH ones ? | waleriuszwatrobka
19/3/2010 09:25 | Court passed for distribuition of shares,36 shares worth 30p approx every 10000iqh hold....ex date 26 march,so if you want shares in RIVP buy now iqh shares... | maxmarilli
19/3/2010 09:24 | ...was close in my calculation - 277.8 IQH's per 1 RIVP ;-) | waleriuszwatrobka
18/3/2010 15:03 | RIVP very decent trading statement:maybe we will get some money back at last... | maxmarilli
16/3/2010 08:38 | ...another question. If I buy IQH shares and then will get RHS ones will I able to trade them cause at this moment if I would like to buy RHS shares on the market my trading platform says that RHS is not eligible investment for my account ?!? | waleriuszwatrobka
15/3/2010 22:36 | ...does it mean that for every lot of 252 IQH's shares shareholders will get 1 RIVP share ? | waleriuszwatrobka
15/3/2010 16:46 | sorry again correct epic RIVP(rivington holdings) | maxmarilli
15/3/2010 16:44 | a number of shares in RHS,i meant | maxmarilli
15/3/2010 16:43 | iqh will hold a cash shell co+a number to be decided in RHS.....,considering RHS could be a speculative investment,i`m happy to hold 1.5 mill IQH.... | maxmarilli |
