So when the buyers are disclosed and the contact signed for $31m.
IPSA bag $15m,after mature liabilities are paid off.

Equal to 14p per share,current share price 2.5p is marketed as fair value,that we know.

Unless of course the buyer commits,pays the 10% deposit and can't complete.
The deposit defers to bankers to fund current liabilities. ffs seems to be de riguer.

Ref IPSA. Yep everytime it hits this level it bounces and will nothing at all priced in for sale of turbines any hint or whiff of good news will send the share price flying and thats why people have started buying in again, ready for next news coming. They have already said the new perspective buyer/s are willing to pay the same amount for them of $31 million so they will be selling them for more than they did with Iris seen as they have kept Iris deposit of $3.4 million.
