                                 BOARD CHANGES





Invista European Real Estate Trust (the "Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Jaap Meijer, a Luxembourg resident, to its Board of Directors as
a non-executive director, with effect from 16 November 2007.  Formal shareholder
ratification of his appointment will be sought at the Company's next ordinary
general meeting.



A member of the Luxembourg "Ordre des Expert-Comptables" (Order of Accountants),
Mr Meijer is currently a director of several Luxembourg-based investment
entities and is also authorised to practise independently as an "Expert
Comptable" (Accountant) and "Conseil Economique" (Consultant).



Previously Mr Meijer worked at Mourant Luxembourg SA as Finance Manager and was
one of two CSSF approved managers.  He also worked at Aberdeen Investment
Services in Luxembourg as a Financial Controller and Management Accountant and
was one of two CSSF approved managers. Prior to this he was an Auditor at
Deloitte Touche Tomatsu International in Dusseldorf, Germany.



There are no further details requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the
FSA Listing Rules in respect of Mr Meijer.



Simultaneously, the Company announces the resignation of Robert Kimmels from the
Board as a non-executive director.  Mr Kimmels is an assistant managing director
of the Company's Administrator Citco Luxembourg SA and has recently relocated
from Luxembourg to Paris.
