Third and Final Interim Dividend - Year to 31 March 2009

The Board of Investec High Income Trust PLC has today declared a third and 
final Interim Dividend on its ordinary shares. The final Interim Dividend is in 
respect of the year ending 31 March 2009 and amounts to 1.240p net per ordinary 
share (2008: 1.625p). The dividend is payable on 19 March 2009 to shareholders 
on the register as at 27 February 2009.
