Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc (the "Company") 
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4R, the Company announces that, in 
connection with the Tender Offer, on 27 July 2017 the Company purchased 
20,357,155 Shares at a price of 487.05 pence per Share. These 20,357,155 Shares 
will be held in treasury by the Company. 
 
Following the repurchase of the Shares, there will be 32,851,929 Shares in 
issue (excluding 20,357,155 Shares held in treasury by the Company). 
 
Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the 
circular dated 17 May 2017.
