21/5/2008 06:54 | I think the thing to remember here is that the business is profitable (from last results) is expanding plus the debt was fixed at 6% interest so no worries with regards to the credit crunch. Results out Friday and hopefully we will see where we are. | martincoops
21/5/2008 06:02 | Nils Im not worried about sellers or closed periods. Its not relevant. On all available information the shares are cheap. On conversations Ive had with a director about their stratergy and employees about the state of the business things are going well. Of course they could all be lieing as could the RNSs be untrue! | pomp circumstance

20/5/2008 17:32 | if my calculation is correct, 20,355,200 at 1.4p mid price is valued at 285,000, a not inconsiderable sum. However how many did they buy and how many were they given?? PC, for somebody who has researched this company in depth, I would have thought your answer above could have been more precise. When did the closed period start and what was the share price at that time? Has there been a big seller...well I haven't noticed any major sells recently or any real volume?? If the directors aren't particularly rich, and they know the company will be a winner, then they can always borrow against the future sp, a bit like borrowing on an unbeatable poker hand... | nils214
20/5/2008 15:40 | jotoha, I noticed RVA was suspended this pm. You'll know who was chairman. Looks like your warning was correct. I hope INT got rid of him in time. | ged5

20/5/2008 09:19 | or the have been in a closed period, or the directors are not particularly rich or there has been a seller or or or. time will tell! | pomp circumstance
20/5/2008 09:14 | easy question to answer...have there been any recent director buys? If this is a screaming buy then one might expect the directors to pile in and show some confidence in the company. I too have been watching for quite some time, and it seems that the share price does not reflect the size or profitability of the company, so something is definately amiss...either there is a big skeleton in the cupboard or the markets are simply wrong on this one!! | nils214
19/5/2008 21:15 | Looks like I was right with this one, dodgy spivy directors .....what do you expect but to be shafted! | jotoha1

19/5/2008 08:23 | Best to sell out now, and pick em up cheaper in a month or two, seen it all before... | davros006
19/5/2008 05:46 | There is a seller indeed. This often happens in build by acquisition companies as the lcok in period expires and the owners of the original business that was acquired cash in. Especially if they have long since left or the overs of the orignal business were VCs. We see them selling at the bottom, however they may have been in the acquired business at a fraction of they are getting now. You also find a falling share price can trigger fund selling as he mkt cap falls below the allowable level in a fund, and a change of fund manager can cause selling. | pomp circumstance
18/5/2008 22:29 | There have been many good AIM listed companies which have fallen from their highs. This one seesm to have a perpetual seller but is worth more than it's current share price. The seller needs to be cleared and this will probably be done on the next piece of good news.Presently watching from the side with an idea of buying in when the signs show recovery. | knowing
