16/5/2008 08:39 | Firstly the change in NOMAD again. Conversations with the company where nothing was told but the impliactions were that they didnt want to acquire small companies anymore, but they wanted to continue to acquire and grow plans. The current share price is artifically low imho. Driven down by a distressed seller. I have a feeling someone ISN'T reporting all their share business properly, maybe waiting til the whole business is concluded. | pomp circumstance
16/5/2008 08:30 | Corporate action was intimated by a previous poster a few months back. If there is, then we could have a big bounce in the share price What's convinced you Pomp that there'll be a merger? Good trading by the way. | ged5
16/5/2008 08:25 | im convinced there will be some coorporate action. Maybe a merger of some sort. They want to contnue acquiring, but not 1million quid companies. anything larger would constitute a merger, or possible a bid for them! I believe we have had a distressed seller for a while, hence the sells at well below bid price. When i see them i step in and take some stock. Its a good stratergy as at 1.25 - 1.65 Im getting stock at 1.37. The MMs have been happy to sell that too me at that price coz the distressed seller has been only getting 1.25 from the MMs! | pomp circumstance
16/5/2008 08:21 | I wasn't expecting a dividend this time around Martin. The company was hoping to announce a dividend later in the year. I'm just hoping for good news about Surety sales and a continuation of being profitable. | ged5 |
