If there was any material difference in expectations, they would have warned before they entered the closed period.

Obviously the directors can't buy shares at the moment but it would be nice to see a few more of them on the register.

There will be costs involved in the consolidation of the 4 business into 2 locations.

operating cashflow last year was positive at £1,014,000

such a company's assets are based on services - not property and machinery. So you will have very little tangible assets. Its the norm. Nothing sinister.

More importantly it is profitable.

Possible Major cashflow problems
Assets dominated by goodwill, little by way of Property plant etc
Short term funding arrangements
