16/12/2009 16:16 | My source is not prepared to get involved , has his job to consider, but that should not stop the FSA from investigating the trades in the last 12 months and in particular the trades following company statements which were misleading to say the least.Have already made this clear to them. | jotoha2
16/12/2009 16:07 | thanks jotoha2...i've had a response from the FSA asking what my source is, can i go ahead a quote you? pretty surprised i've got a response from them | philwill
16/12/2009 16:03 | My SIPP managers are saying it's a bit late in the day. Apparently secure messages were waiting on their system for me, but their system certainly did not inform me by E-mail that this was the case. Just contacted them by phone, they will see what the can do. Is everyone voting against on the other BB such as III and LSE? | hyper al
16/12/2009 15:54 | Yes , and have a response back from them that they will look into it, dont hold your breath though , their track record is appalling when it comes to helping the pi . | jotoha2
16/12/2009 15:37 | jotoha2..in your mail to to the FSA have you quoted your source i.e. the friend on the trading desk? | philwill
15/12/2009 17:50 | already done | philwill
15/12/2009 10:17 | Have also a letter from Barclays , you all need to call your brokers if you hold shares in a nominee account ,and speak to the corporate action team , they will take your proxy to vote against , its only a phone call , but it does matter as private shareholders have a very large holding here. Vote AGAINST being ripped of. | jotoha2
15/12/2009 00:37 | richie111 Cancellation will be 8th January 2010, tell Barcleys that until then they not de-listed and as a shareholder you have a legal right to vote, sounds like Barcleys just don't want to do the paperwork, | hyper al
14/12/2009 20:30 | Hmm- Got a letter from Barcleys today informing me that ICX are to de-list and therefore I will not be able to trade ICX share's any more and they therefore have 0 value. Nice that this has been decided before the AGM vote. GSY Directors are keeping the company!!! Far to easy for them these days!! | richie111
14/12/2009 12:23 | give em a chance to clear up.... no rush :) PEACE & QUITE NOW :- Go Tiger Go do UR TRICK ROFLMAO :) | 1stclass
14/12/2009 12:21 | I have voted NO. Given the fact that I have lost 65,000 pounds of my hard earned cash, which I accept was partly due to ramping from various individuals that I stupdily believed, how the directors feel they have any entitlement at all from this carnage is beyond me! GT | gsytrader
14/12/2009 11:31 | Just found out about the possible voting.When i get email i will vote no.Lost nearly 23K£! | maxmarilli
14/12/2009 11:11 | So has everyone voted no yet? | jonno1
11/12/2009 23:58 | How the heck did that happen??! | hyper al
11/12/2009 21:12 | 2 trades @ 1p ?????????? | vivgav
11/12/2009 12:24 | To date Herrmann hasn't replied to my letter and I made reference to the US Military monies. Will post his reply if he answers. | bobby.ifa
11/12/2009 12:01 | JONNO1 - Yes it's up for voting on. Just the 2 resolutions as per my copy and paste in previous post. bobby.ifa - we are all hoping for something back here but a relist could be many years away and at what cost. Existing shareholders would suffer heavy dilution as new blood private investors would be calling the shots as they would be pumping money in to keep them going. Anyone found out if the USA military payments will pass over to the new company? I dont suppose the directors want to be answering any awkward questions! | digger27
11/12/2009 09:58 | I would hope for it to eventually re-list as the new entity & be rewarded then at true value. Assuming ofcourse the Directors are capable of such a feat. | bobby.ifa
11/12/2009 09:53 | digger27 Thanks for that, thought I was subscribed but wasn't, is it up for voting on yet? | jonno1
10/12/2009 16:51 | bobby.ifa That may be the case, but by keeping the company going (even under another name) they will be eating into any value that remains from the sale of assets. They should just sell all they can and close down the business and distribute any cash remaining. Once the company renames and goes private I doubt that we will have any say in it's operation. | hyper al
10/12/2009 15:32 | Are they not changing the name, not the equity structure? | bobby.ifa
10/12/2009 15:18 | My shares are in my SIPP, I will be making sure I cast my vote. £8k for me is a lot of money, I'm not going to let them just walk away with it, even if I only get £200 back, it's my money and it all helps! FSA should not allow companies to leave AIM and then reform as a private entity, how can that be right! I see it as theft of my share in that company, no way will they get my approval. | hyper al
10/12/2009 14:52 | Guys, if you hold shares in a TDW nominee account then you can sign up for the "voting and administration" services. To do this go to Account Administration and select Voting & Information Preferences. Click on subscribe and usually after 24 hours you get an email advising you of any corporate action requiring attention. You then go to "eServices" and select "Voting & Information" ... this then shows what corporate action is taking place. just click on the vote button and it opens up in a new window so you can vote . This is what I got for Intercytex S.1 Authorize the Directors to arrange for the cancellation of the Company's trading facilities on AIM For Against Abstain S.2 Approve to change the name of the Company to 'Regenerative Medicine Assets Limited' For Against Abstain Hope this helps those with TDW nominee accounts. | digger27 |
