Anyone know what sort of impact these orders will have on CML?



They are large orders for Airbus, but will this pass down the chain to make impact on CML?

daza, IC is spot on, but a bit extended technicaly, expect some retracement, consolidation..before a further rise, patience will be required..

It was a nice tree shake by them. I get the feeling there is still a little overhang remaining from those institutions holding since pre AIM days. I would imagine some RNS maybe in the pipeline which will explain all shortly. ITK hasn't caught the attention of the masses judging by lack of posts here. I would expect when it has a wider audience we will get our large re-rating. I can imagine the likes of SCSW tipping this in due course.

Thanks for the link Manzarek. It was very informative. I went and did a little research on their US peers. Not surprising to find they trade on much higher multiples than ITK. Hopefully the gap will narrow in due course.

Tole - Thanks for the snippet.

Its looking pretty strong at the moment. 100k on bid at 20.4p and only 10k on offer at 21p. My guess is an institution likes the story and is mopping up stock. I think these should be trading at a minimum of 25p which would still only put the shares on about 12 times earnings. Im holding out for at least 30p and expect it to get there pretty quickly.

The BD estimate seems again way too low. If you believe they can eliminate the Labtech loss as stated, they would make more than 2.7m with absolutely no growth whatsovever from the rest of the business (impossible I would say given the way Paradise is going). Granted they will pay a higher tax rate this year but I still see both profits and eps higher than those forecasts.

For March 2008, Brewin Dolphin's Jon Lienard expects growth in pre-tax profits to £2.7m, giving 2.1p of earnings and a likely 0.42p dividend. Based on those estimates, the shares are trading on a very modest forward p/e of 9 with a prospective yield of 2.2%

big improvement on the bid so looking good there as well - all mm's are short at the moment! bidding for 50 and 75k only offering 10! (25 if you call)
