15/8/2007 09:51 | Agreed..reassuring that the Directors bought higher, currently on 8.5x pros, do we have a AGM date? | utsushi
15/8/2007 09:36 | There seemed to be some early selling pre market that triggered off todays falls.I imagine a few stops were triggered and that led to a cascade of sells that drove us to 17.5p. Ive been adding aggressively as I think the shares will get re-rated following what will hopefully be a bullish AGM statement. Currently trading on less than 10 times earnings is far too cheap for a quality stock with strong defensive properties in a growing market. | nickcduk
15/8/2007 09:21 | penpoint, tiny market cap, illiquid, small low conviction holders spooked out by general market gyrations having a disproportionate effect on the share price, i think that's all.. | utsushi
15/8/2007 08:27 | Is there a sell/take profits tip out there? Even given the poor market this seems an unwarranted drop. I have just topped up anyway. | penpont
14/8/2007 14:57 | Got any painkillers for it double? If this goes the same way as rok, we should all be laughing. Not today by the looks of it. | mistertibbs
08/8/2007 09:41 | also bought back in yesterday - expecting a nice move up over the next couple of months! | daza70
07/8/2007 09:00 | Back in this mornng. Lots of positives in recent statements - contracts, orders, director buys - and with pension deficit being addressed and results ahead of expectations I decided it was time to buy a few. Actually was going to do it when share price was 17.5p but paid the penalty for procrastination - and that is as nasty as it sounds. :0) | doubleorquits
02/8/2007 19:47 | re lack of engineering expertise on the board...... you only have to look at the chairman who has a first class honours degree in engineering not read through the AR yet but that hits you straight off. | blueliner
02/8/2007 13:37 | nice to see a bit of movement, september should be a decent month.. | utsushi
31/7/2007 16:08 | IMHO - keep the engineering expertise where it's most effective, ie in the Engineering Dept, they don't tend to make good managers. | strangeman
31/7/2007 14:25 | mistertibs, you maybe right, but i think you should concentrate on the results, which are the end product of the boards expertise..looks alright to me.. | utsushi
29/7/2007 12:19 | Hello folks. A previous holder of ITK thinking about rejoining. I notice since all this recent positive newsflow has at long last come about, just wanted to find out how people felt about the lack of engineering expertise on the board now. Any thoughts? | mistertibbs
23/7/2007 09:58 | My intuition tells me this is around a good time to buy.. | utsushi
19/7/2007 09:20 | He's used the sale of 300000 options to cover taxation & costs plus finance his conversion of the other 50000 options into shares. Just have to accept these exercise RNS's whether you believe them or not. Would like to know who is this consistent seller everyday as although makes the share price more attractive, has knocked my average down. | blueliner
19/7/2007 08:21 | Bit confused by this Directors exercise of options, resulting in both a sale and purchase of ordinary, anyone care to clarify? | utsushi
17/7/2007 15:39 | Very surprised to see this slippage but have taken advantage and added to spreadbet. Sellers are giving them away at this price. | penpont
16/7/2007 09:45 | Some cheap stock available at the moment. Picked up another 15k at 21.62p. Thats about 5% less than what directors brought their shares at a couple of weeks ago. Still think its fundamentally undervalued and expect the AGM trading statement in September to be bullish and lead to a re-rating. | nickcduk
29/6/2007 16:05 | i think they probably will!!! | daza70
29/6/2007 16:04 | Perhaps Techinvest will revive their interest in the company now that it appears to be turning the corner ? | strangeman
29/6/2007 15:51 | guys - this is looking better and better! | daza70
29/6/2007 15:37 | Strangeman, yes I did notice. I think that was using an average sector PE of around about 19, well above ITKs. | phoenix knight
29/6/2007 15:14 | Did no-one notice that they're one of the top 25 cheap growth stocks in this weeks Shares mag ? Apparently if they were on an average PE for their peers, the price would be 40p+. | strangeman
29/6/2007 14:36 | A couple of nice director buys at 22.75p won't do the share price any harm either. It is really puzzling why this hasn't got re-rated a lot more than it has. I guess an AGM statement or the next set of results will be the catalyst that does the trick. A few more contract wins like yesterday won't do any harm. | nickcduk |
