26/11/2006 14:16 | Hi Games or anybody I was wondering weather it could be the other way round, Beam looking at there website is quite a large international company. But as stated on IMD's website there aim is to become the biggest digital delivery company globally. Now that would certainly fit. Here is a link from Beams website, very much the same as IMD but on a international scale. Comments most welcome! | veryniceperson
23/11/2006 15:29 | Still coming together nicely. Cheers larousse. | veryniceperson
23/11/2006 13:09 | pdf news on home page would someone post a brief as i cannot access pdf files, though i do note Beam in the url, and (off topic) i wonder if they well end up a target for imd. | games

09/11/2006 15:20 | Woops! another little slip. Could be a good time to top up soon. | char1iegeorge
05/11/2006 18:49 | vnp Take no notice. Life's too short. Just filter him out. Looks like these are just going to drift until 7th Dec at least. No reason for anyone to buy back yet with forced sellers about and the mms so sensitive to even light selling. Pardon my ignorance but how long has the nms been only 500 shares? | tatie
05/11/2006 15:07 | Well I like you VNP. I was wondering if you could give me a estimate on decorating my house? | char1iegeorge
01/11/2006 17:05 | I am really Jed, i love char1ie | veryniceperson

31/10/2006 18:36 | Nothing personal VNP. Talk like that will only get you in trouble. Mabe you should take up painting. | char1iegeorge
27/10/2006 18:31 | Hello char1ie nice to here from you. | veryniceperson
27/10/2006 18:27 | These look like they will slip down to 30p. Well a good time to top up! | char1iegeorge
27/10/2006 17:50 | Come on you two cheer up, there won't be a delisting. Buy the way when the finace director buys is it not a good sign? | veryniceperson
27/10/2006 13:39 | Very sad games, but I think you might be right. Just to repeat, the guy at BSB told me that it's because the costs on AIM are much lower than a main market listing, but even so, I still feel there's an element of self interest. I'll wait a little longer before I take my position. | larousse
27/10/2006 12:41 | Well it looks to me that the directors are not really interested in anyone apart from themselves. It would not surprise me if the next step was a de-listing.......... accurately how many are held in isa's and others that are likely to sell. | games
19/10/2006 15:17 | The pony express hasn't arrived here yet VNP... I'll see if I can find it online somewhere | larousse
19/10/2006 07:50 | Had the documents through yesterday and read them. Interesting piece about the 25% of shares, no less had to remain on the official market. Also they said on several occasions about growth, organic and acquisition's. On the tax front I shall have a chat to my accountant next time we meet. | veryniceperson
18/10/2006 19:44 | Larousse I agree with you, and am in the same boat, holding the shares in my ISA. I will have to sell (and I won't be re-buying, which is a shame because I believe the shares have good potential). My post was merely to clarify my understanding of the AIM rules, as it differed from VNP's interpretation. | chasser
17/10/2006 22:12 | It is helpful Chasser, and I'm sure VNP will appreciate it, but my main gripe with IMD's market transfer is this: My tax breaks withing the ISA / PEP are ongoing If I transfer out of either of them, then ok there is a long term tax break for IMD in AIM, but what happens next? It's just not as attractive, or flexible as holding them in an ISA. Also, with a significant number of shares, I'll get killed on the spread if I want to sell withing my ISA/PEP and buy outside to keep my shares. That's my gripe really... | larousse
17/10/2006 21:52 | VNP I interpret it differently. Once they have moved to AIM, assuming they are a "qualifying" company (which they should be) then the shares will be classed as a business asset for whomever holds them (not just directors or employees). So the 50% after 1 year/25% after 2 applies to any shareholder. A non-business asset would be a share listed on the main market (and therefore applies to the shares as of now, if held outside an ISA/PEP). Hope this helps. | chasser
17/10/2006 00:11 | Cheers Larousse Page 4 is for us in a guide to aim. Seems the directors will be O K after 2 years, mind you 1 year is not bad for them 50% 2 years 25% of there gain (can't blame them). Us poor private sods have to wait 3 years to get just 5% 10 years 60%. Anyway clears a few things up. Might have got it wrong, could somebody else just check over it ta. | veryniceperson |
