Posted at 09/1/2019 09:54 by dave4545 Yeah but you cannot keep comparing every stock with the one that did go mental SW.What about the other 1000 penny stocks that have done discounted placing and their prices are still at the same price or lower. Lets keep a sense of reality here. IMTK is fantastic for trading, it's incredible how many times you can make 50-100% out of this from the lows but you run the risk of them dropping a funding well below the current price at any time. |
Posted at 29/12/2018 09:17 by still waiting We know from AF's time at Tern that he will be used to dealing with the biggest globals so hopefully he can bring some IoT platforms, AI etc to dovetail into existing imtk change digitisation platform and utilise the existing imtk global client base better.,....... Although we offer a powerful analytic engine as part of our standard offering we are developing new product features to take advantage of advances in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In turn this may lead to development of new revenue streams. In the period the Company received approaches from several individuals and companies proposing a range of interesting product development initiatives, some of these are being progressed and could lead to interesting developments for the Company. We see joint ventures as one realistic way the business can be developed at a faster pace and less expensively than as a stand-alone entity and we will continue to explore this as a route to develop our product set. |
Posted at 22/12/2018 19:56 by still waiting Dip42, if imtk can secure a JV to cross sell/integrate more products into their global client base there's no reason why m cap can't rise to £10m.The cost base has been slashed, new external leads now being generated and still the outside chance of some corporate activity to throw into the mix. All globals need to implement change to digitise to survive and grow, I'd like to see how imtk clients will handle IoT implementation, AI, machine learning etc. If imtk can expand their product suite they should be able to benefit more from this increasing demand for Industry 4.0 and monitoring/keeping employees informed about this change. |

Posted at 05/12/2018 22:12 by stark industries Not only do we have these 5 new contracts of late but we have also out sourced the task of hunting for business to a U.S based marketing agency which has already achieved an impressive 220 hot leads from Sept to Nov end....and that job was previously done by staff members, who are no longer working for IMTK. That results in an immediate saving of wages for those staff.Wow!! One can then by the law of averages expect at a min of 10 new clients to come on board...and that is being very conservative as we all know it can be a great deal more :) They are keeping up with the game by adding value on current and future technology trends...ESP: Artificial Intelligence and Machine 2 Machine and their trials have already been a success as well as their solutions that were called upon by major U.S hospitals. And now the recent raise for £250k and we have a statement along with it:- to provide additional working capital in relation to increasing new business activity and to strengthen the Company's balance sheet. This all tells me : - IMTK is a very different company moving forward. It's thinking the right way and has done a lot of house keeping these past six months and I believe the new CEO has actually found acres of diamonds in his own back yard. His knowledge and experience allows him to contribute significantly and use to his advantage the ACE of the company he is navigating The existing High Profile Customer base. The growing list of big heavy hitters and Fortune 500 companies allows Angus to exploit the companies maximum potential. With under 93 Million shares and a growing list of clients = Money coming in the business... My thoughts are that this company can run itself and work lean and get involved in other projects and be in profit under 12 months. The next 6 months will be exciting, as this company has a good habit of always updating the market and it's investors of new business, contracts and partnerships etc! The share is also getting known and gaining popularity with the investor community and it has come back from the dead. A true case of a company turnaround / The rising of the Phoenix I am really confident that the demand will outstrip the supply of the shares in a big way.....Why ? Each news flow will bring about the usual sellers and the new buyers that help take it to the next level. We have a big gap to fill and the patient (6 month window) will imo be rewarded many multi folds. Perfect recipe for a perfect brew on the AIM market.. Ingredients: Low Mcap Low No of shares Super News sensitive Skin in the game Seasoned management team Assets / Intellectual property Fortune 500 paying customers Interested parties sniffing around trying to get in bed with IMTK Expansion plan to spread it's wings in growing the business.... Etc!! Etc!! All for 1.5p and under 1 million Mcap all I can see is an easy 10p written on the share price under 6 months GLA |

He's now trapped fathoms deep underwater here, looking like he's going to lose the lot & is desperately promoting this to try to recoup some of his lost money.
