Is it an interview with the FSA or AIM Market Regulator ?

(about whether the terms of his convertible loan ....including interest rate...and conversion price.....and 1:1 warrants attached....and doubling of salary if exercise the warrants... breaks the Company Act or any market regulations !)

(by law he is required to safeguard shareholder and company assets ...not put them in his own pocket if they ever have a higher value than now

1:1 warrants attached to convertible shares attached to convertible loan attached to.........never ever ever seen that before, at any company)

(the doubling of salary part was tongue in cheek...the rest of it is true though !)

Where did u find their Feb ( and earlier) updates ?

If it did go up there has not been any announcement from ILX. The last Webb announcement was 25 June last year when they had 3.48m shares or 12.63%. if they have bought another 0.37% since then ( which is just £10,000) they would have had to declare.......

They have continued to buy ILX, if you check their Feb and March updates the holding in ILX has gone up. I wouldn't advise buying at 15p either, but 7p is a different matter.

"One situation beginning to bear fruit is ILX Group; unveiling a new consultancy subsidiary in Australia to create revenue alongside its existing operations and also acquiring an option to acquire CareShield Ltd, a leading provider of digital learning solutions to the health and social care sector. We are very confident that this company will be a winner."

I would not put too much weight behind the Webb investment. look at the total value of their fund: £586m. The first time they appeared on the Register is May 2012 when the share price was over 15p....and 4.4% of their fund is in ILX......so if it has halved, they have lost c4% of their total funds value in ILX alone.......

And they had an enormous Australian operation already (£2.5m), so do not know what is new about that ?

Bought 2,000 of these this morning at 7.195p a share.

It could get messy before getting better, but my hunch is this is about the low water mark. The recent consultancy aquisitions look like good ones, with definate synergies with the existing training business.
Finances are a little bit of a worry, and will continue to watch to see how it pans out.
Took a risky punt today of 50K.
But with a Mcap of £2.3M these will look very cheap if the new business works out.
Lets not forget the existing business may well be profitable after the Autumn restructure and clear out of old management. If the short term hurdles can be negotiated this will do very well.

Not really interested in old grudges or performance.

Awaiting any kind of update on trading.......so much for white knight Bos riding into town and transforming ILX......

Have raised c £1.1m through the issue to Bos and another £400,000 through the Convertible, but no indication that that has been enough ? Surely trading cannot be so bad ( so disrupted.....) that they are using cash that fast ? How much will the dismantling of the board have cost ? Paying off Ken Scott ? There will prob be some HORRIBLE extraordinaries in the results as everything is written down, but that is not a cash issue......

Does anyone have any angle on trading ? Any idea whether staff have been loyal to Ken and have walked ? Or had their salaries slashed and walked ? or just been made redundant ? Or have they always resented the VAST salaries of the Board ( Ken was paid £2.2m in total in his tenure, and the Board over £4m). Has WB been a breath of fresh air and a chance for this to move forward ???

All unanswered as the price falls below 7p for the first time. Bos cannot buy any more as he is on 29.9% so he cannot support the price ?

What a horrible mess

Change of advisor at ILX....
ties in with recent price fall

I wonder if previous advisory left ...as symbolic throwing in the towel
or is being checked out by the system for approving the the terms of MD convertable loan, ...and with warrants....

(which in now way can be termed 'fair and reasonable for shareholders' imo)

And noone to rein him in......all the Board has gone. Only one other non-exec left, the spineless PL, who probably knows better than to interfere. Just hoping that WB is also a self publicist, so that if things do pick up, he can ramp the shares and I can get out......

You've got my vote.
(TW has left behind many unhappy investors at Globalnet Financial and Rivingstreet Financial)

"ADVFN are showing they will do anything for money. Very poor form!"
they are also showing an advert which promises 18% return......
...and adverts from companies based in Spain....for investing in property ventures in the UK, hostel or hotel in Liverpool or something.....I wouldnt touch it with a barge pole

any serious company going to do property in the UK and have UK investors as main funders...would not imo have their registered office in....Spain

Protection for investors ?
Probably zero.
