They have over the years struggled but seem to have found success in the E learning. Their credibility record is modest and news would need to demonstrate a pattern of progress before I expect to see a significant share price upgrade. Obviously times are tough, but they have the ability to reach many countries if the oppos arise.

It looks like there is or has been a seller around.
The recent transactions recorded as sales may be purcahses and if so are at below the mid price.

Hi S, yes we have shared a couple of nice stocks along the way. These appear ok to me, but like you have said somewhat illiquid to say the least. Mind you I suspect that some solid positive news flow could see a decent jump!

It does it every now and then, no apparent cause, I added. The yield looks silly esp on dips, I hope there's no underlying reason.

I'm more concerned with how the company does than how the share price does, as these often aren't in sync.

yesterday had a flurry of buys just before 4pm..within 15 minutes..20k bt then sequence of buys of 1k....maybe from same buyer ?...at 25p....

the ILX website is worth a wonder round imho...if you haven't done so recently...
looks to me like the products range has increased...

I tried to understand the trade of 88k and see if there was some ploy going on....but I didn't decide anything....

An interesting thing is that imho often small cap. stocks (and maybe big stocks) go down before there is good news....or before someone buys a chunk of stock , in advance of good news....

to get stock for a biggish buy ...or lower the price to then buy bit by bit at lower price....market makers try to drop the price ....such as by selling a chunk of stock...or small sales at the end of a few days...to panic small shareholders and to try to activate stop losses prices so that people sell...

or maybe it was just an honest sale of 88k shares....it did go thru at lower price than the mkt price before the sale..

in any case good numbers of buyers recently to support the share price...

...there is 3 showing for yesterday...and 2 for today...(select "streaming" on trades page (after trading hours if not signed up) and it will show)
all at 88500 shares....and all at 16:11:54 !!

with a flurry of trade symbols...

My guess is that someone screwed up....so some trades are cancellations or rectifications....
the final result....good question ?....
any L2 traders reading that can enlighten us ?

(perhaps the result is one sale....that was all mopped up by buys...)

Think there were only 2 trades markt, 16.11pm, both with conditions and late reported, not sure what they were but they seem to cancel each other out. Caused a bit of a stir though:) Trading update soon.

88500 traded...

are there 3 trades of 88500 ??....1 yesterday.....and 1 today perhaps being a cancelled trade ? (I don't know much about the numerous trade codes, not very interested, perhaps I should !)...is the result 1 buy and 1 sell ??

...was it someone perhaps moving the shares into their SIPP ??

(but quite a few buys gone thru. and price is lower than was, was 24-26, ended today at 23.5-24..infers that someone has sold some...)

Any views ?
