Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price
Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 27 February 2017 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2016 of 19.0p per share payable on 20 June 2017. The deadline for receipt of elections was 19 May 2017.
The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1209.4p.
This figure is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 22 May 2017 and ending on 26 May 2017.
