Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified today that on 27 March 2014 The 181 Fund Limited ("181") purchased 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Hightex at an average price of 0.533p and on 28 March 2014 181 purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Hightex at an average price of 0.5p.
Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, 181 are now interested in 28,401,578 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
