05/1/2017 18:52 | Anyone had the consolidation corporate action 1 share for every 10.1 share of what though ? | franky15
23/10/2016 10:58 | Good luck - I sold out before suspension so not seen letter - perhaps a RTO is the answer to returning to the market - I still think it's unlikely considering 1-2 years have passed. | knigel
23/10/2016 10:36 | In a letter the Administration was ring fenced, the co where going to change the but in the end allowed to keep the existing one, then I had a new cert with l letter stating the new certs are a consolidation of original holding. They are also seeking to do a takeover | vauch
23/10/2016 09:56 | Mate - I held these shares a while back and I am 99% sure they went into administraton - and will not be returning to the market. I guess the parts of the business worth saving were sold off or sold to some of the directors? Good luck finding any answers.. | knigel

21/10/2016 07:39 | I thought this co went bust. Then I received a consolidated shares certificate, with Hightex PLC on it | vauch
07/7/2016 19:56 | Looks to me as if this is back in business,at least in Germany.Won't do those of us who lost out any good though.I will keep an eye on it......if Brazil bandits pay compo it belongs to folk like me....not that we'll get a look in. | spekky
16/2/2016 01:00 | You see how AIM private shareholder money is repeatedly stolen without any redress or recourse to law. | pwhite73
03/8/2015 13:20 | hee hee hee Has gone a bit quiet on this one | the stigologist
02/3/2015 22:31 | That was quick on the tick down. Can understand it you must have lost a few bob in this one. | 21trader
02/3/2015 22:27 | Vauch ? Another buystock disaster. There is certainly a acceleration in AIM stocks biting the bullet and getting suspended or doing last ditch rock bottom placings. But for the first time I can recall the market is now full of savvy private investors who are avoiding them all like the plague. I think some 50-100 AIM stocks could go this year either bust or delisted or bought out for a pittance like BAO is about to. | 21trader
02/3/2015 14:38 | great thread tara7 | the stigologist

02/3/2015 07:39 | Game over. People were warned. | 21trader
27/2/2015 17:07 | Bill182 I don't really know what's going on but I do give some credence to the blog which appeared today........mainly because the blogger is a regular contributor on the PKL website. However, I don't understand why this Russian Billionairesse would be interested in rescuing Hightex. | spekky
27/2/2015 16:25 | spekky - if my understanding is correct, we are talking about the 100% owned subsidiary and not the Hightex Group. I must confess I have not followed the proceedings that carefully, but still hold. For my sins, I did purchase more at the bottom and have an average of 0.45p. With a bit of luck we may see an offer somewhere around there given the low mkt cap. | bill182
27/2/2015 14:45 | If there is a buyer in waiting I doubt she/he could risk alienating certain key staff at Hightex, who,in the past have taken shares in lieu of wages. It's an extremely specialist skill,a combination of structural engineer/architect. It's going to be interesting but I still expect to lose most/all of my investment. | spekky
