Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at 1 Adam Street, London, WC2N 6LE on 7 December 2016 at 11am.
The notice of the AGM is included within the Annual Report which has been posted to Shareholders. A copy of the Notice of AGM will also be made available on the Company's website, www.greatlandgold.com.
