Great Portland Estates plc (the Company) announces that on 11 June 2024, the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and their persons closely associated (PCAs) purchased ordinary shares of 15⁵/₁₉ pence each in the Company by way of the take up of rights under the Company's 3 for 5 rights issue at 230 pence per New Ordinary Share announced on 23 May 2024 (the Rights Issue).
