Portfolio Update
The Board has been advised by the administrator of 3D Propco Limited ("the Fund") that the underlying asset, the Bintan Lagoon Resort ("BLR") in Indonesia has been sold. The directors of the Fund are working with their advisors to ensure "the efficient and timely winding down of the Fund with all distributions expected to be paid within the next 60 to 90 days". The Board stresses that it has received no other details as yet, in particular what the proceeds of sale of the BLR were and what the distributions to Fund holders are expected to be.
A further announcement will be made in due course once more detailed information is available.
