SS - Its vital to accurately gauge the likely market response to P's RNS. You have about an hour to take its implications on board and then set yourself an share price target or to sell immediately if not up to your experience, fundamental analysis and educated expectations.

Im expecting to put a saddle on the share price and buck the bronco for a while, that morning, at least. This is my current expectation.

IF the supposed 'special' deal for N is a real possibility there will be the usual tell-tale symptoms, as we have discussed previously. This is the difficulty as the symptoms will only be evident for a relatively short space of time before the baby is delivered. Remember N requires a good deal of cash and there are persistent reports that the even the current new management team
is not performing to expectations and has not ironed out the contrarian organisational culture and this continues to badly affect sales/profits. Their area of expertise is THE hot spot right now and theyv should be making a fortune.

So, if we are to jump into N its purely for the purpose of profiting from the 'special' deal that is being speculated about. I will be measuring the likely impact of the deal RNS in that special hour and set myself a suitable target for disengagement and as always I will be using the usual metrics to time my sale decision.

The deal may be an RTO or a JV with a major or it may be an ordinary contract with a large, preferably government agency or private entity. Eyes peeled time, judging from todays share price performance.

Our Guru has a wonderfully BIG heart I believe.

I can see myself putting the lot of P into T IF everything goes to plan next week and a little beyond.

Im strongly of the view that the Chinese Cement firm is well worth another look, say in Jan, before the herd. The intended progression for taht particular tranche of funding, right now, is:

I will respond in detail prob tomorrow but you hit the nail on the head with that % fall observation.

Have just finished sweeping the chimney and had some soup to recharge the batteries.

Our timing (apart from SGP) has been absolutely a joy this past while and with our continuing close co-operation will improve even further.

Any further thoughts on your recent acquisition T?

Talk of a transformational deal in the pipeline at NA? but this isnt stopping the ordinary "O" investing folk selling!!!! Room for a fall before a lift perhaps!!!

Your recent inv in M. By the time I had seen your alert it was too late for me to do anything(shuffle funds etc);it was only recently when you mentioned its fall from grace by 50% that I noticed it again. I dont know your reason for buying again but is it good for 5 and your target share price please ?>. In a mail would be appreciated?. TIA.

Edit. In case you think I have been lazy and am not doing DYOR..on M.....?. I havent had time............been so busy on our other interests and by the way I sent you four emails after the PL one ,from Bod and you havent mentioned them !!. You SHOULD check and read.

AVN. was going to mention here the after hours RNS but was cheesed of with it anyhow. Great eh?. CEO saying share price going to £25 an at the same time,the BOD selling their shares,as fast as they could.You could not make it up ,could you?. Glad we took that £1 per share increase in a week,in the beginning ,arnt you?.. That was great and thank you for that one.

BB. Broker just called re our other bio;offered me.28 for my shares. Unusual .Years since they have done that.Something up or usual p and d ?.

Proceed and ask our guru the question.

If special dividend is declared then 90p + value of divi say by end Dec.

May hold until end Jan but am looking at adding to Chinese cement firm holdings around that time.

Have sold IQE and put proceeds into MOS.

Intentions remain firm on T.
