From Paul Mcgroary, GGG Resources PLC, non executive director.

Just for once I will post; but just to say thank you all for the thoughts, insights and interesting views over the years.

It was great to hear from those who have actually invested in "The Company."

Sometimes those comments have been very kind indeed and sometimes less so! But as a rule fair.

So many thanks to you all and hopefully Bullabulling Gold will complete the task of creating significant shareholder wealth in the coming years.

Kind regards

Paul Mcgroary

Well done both, good prices, especially now we know the exact conversion. Today I'll predict GGG ends flat.

smarty - I got 120,000 at 28c. I'll try to get more tonight. Who do you use for your Aussie trading? I use my usual UK broker so have to get my order in by 4-30 and can't change it thereafter. Not really satisfactory but all my ISA dosh is in one account so tricky to move it now (60 holdings). At least the Aussie broker they're connected with doesn't just deal at the offer price as long as you give them discretion.

It seems that my suspicions about the shares being puffed during the 5 day period by short term buying by Lawton and his friends could be well-founded. No doubt they are ditching them now.

Absolutely typical of the man. Let's hope he can be ousted PDQ. He is NOT a fit director for a listed company with his lying, cheating and devious ways. Incompetent too which, if anything, is worse. These words are demonstrably true so shame on ASX and AIM if they allow him to become a director of BBG. At least his power has been sharply curtailed already and at the very least it will be eroded further when the new CEO and Chairman are in place..

26409,

I bought back 80k AZX @ 27c this morning. bought 4 tranches @ 26.5 - 27.5, left another 20k @ 0.255, a little cheeky but didn't get filled.

As of Friday this episode between the GGG and auzsx is history

The beginning of a new chapter and we will hopefully benefit as the asset grows...

He may have found the deposit, but through this episode he has demonstrated he couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag.

He is bitter! He brought GGG in hoping for a sleepy distant partner and he's lost circa 60% of a goldfield that's grown much larger than he ever thought it would be. Hard for him to stomach but great news for GGG shareholders.

"I think it's fair to say, as you know, that Auzex has done most of the work on the ground. Everybody's been employed by Auzex in this project. All the contracts are written by Auzex."

"The disbelievers, I think, by the time the Pre-Feasibility is out in the third quarter will come to realise this is going to be one of the significant deposits in the country."

"The reason why we do have them as shareholders is because they see this deposit being similar to some of the Canadian examples and they're mega deposits. Australia hasn't really got its head around this type of deposit yet."

Very strong statements to make. Doesn't sound like he's slipping away into the background though post takeover.

AZX conversion is 0.909, ~41/59 split.

at 25c, (exchanged at 1.46674p/c) cost of a converted share is now 18.75p by the AZX route.

Right. Half an hour since the last trade. I'll let them gently work it and just go to bed.

Edit: and as soon as I post that, they start selling to me.

Edit again: Down goes the bid - looks like I've been filled - now I can go to bed!

No stamp duty though. Obviously I take account of the share swap (around 0.9) and the FX and commission aren't too bad. I'm guessing I'm on the bid at 28c. I give them discretion to work it. The gold price is terrible and most gold stocks are down around 4% in Oz tonight.

I was half expecting weakness as any short term pumpers for the cash equalisation may be looking to get out now that the 5 day period is over. Not much sign of them though.

It's actually going down...lol. The negative is the FX,share swap and commission. As you say the ISA play is the advantage at this point but i;d change your limit order if you're going to bed.

Well, it's not going up, that's for sure. I can't see my order being worked. smarty - I can't put GGG in the ISA and when I can it may be much higher. A sort of insurance, I guess.

HD,

On second thoughts, don't see Azx as cheap way in when you look at share swap, fx charges etc.
