I bet those sitting on the sidelines are somewhat miffed. The potential is enormous and could easily return to float prices, i.e five bagger or maybe more. Miss at your peril.🚀

What shysters;

"Revenues for the year are expected to be £2.0m ahead of current guidance of £1.7m."

Oh GELN has revenue, now that wasn't something I was aware of...

Finds last Fincapp broker report;

"Similar to last year, there was no revenue for the period as Gelion only recognises R&D tax incentive income at year-end (June). Australia provides a 43.5% tax refundable offset for eligible research and development expenditure, which for FY23 we expect to amount to a R&D tax benefit of £1.7m, flat on last year."

Oh. So they've reclaimed more R&D credit than forecast, not disclosed that in the trading update and claimed 'revenue' is ahead of expectations.

Anyone reading the update will almost certainly believe that revenue is from selling batteries, so it's very misleading IMO.

There are signs that investor enthusiasm for battery stocks is returning:-

The UK's first Lithium-Ion battery recycling plant has just been approved.
And the share price of its part owner, Technology Minerals (TM1), has more than doubled recently, from 0.875p on 24th. March, to 2.225p today (market cap. £33.7M.)

25/04/2023 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Technology Minerals PLC EA Approves Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Plant LSE:TM1 Technology Minerals Plc

And from a 19.4.23 ARA video interview:-
"... The sectors that we're particularly interested in are in energy storage generally, but particularly in battery technologies. ..."

Aura Renewable Acquisitions (ARA) 5p Market cap. £525K. Cash c. £800K.

This has been a pretty miserable one way trip for investors. Looked at this about a year ago, thought it was an interesting concept but overvalued. Still interested in the energy storage area, I've looked at CPH2 and ITM which are still finding commercialisation elusive. Think thats the issue here, until they have a viable product you never know whether there is a fund raise round the corner.

Topped after watching the Investor Meet presentation, having seen the price fall to 50p....maybe it's a falling knife but I like what they are trying to do (with some reasonable success) so let's see.

Some info for those that may not have seen it:

and . . .

"Our strategy

Company growth will be built around two central strategies:

· Manufacturing partnerships in key markets to make and distribute our patented non-flow, zinc-bromide Endure battery; and

· Licensing agreements that access our patented advanced lithium-silicon and lithium-sulfur performance additives to enhance lithium-ion mobile energy storage."

Thanks for info. Is there a list of licence holders?

I would like to be at top of waiting list for these batteries, a first adopter in the UK.

"watching this one. What is the price of the battery, plenty of details about the battery, but no price"

They don't make batteries . . . they make technology and license it. Bit like ARM, they don't make CPUs.
