Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Further to today's announcement that the acquisition of Networkers International plc ("Networkers") is complete, Matchtech Group plc ("Matchtech", the "Company") is pleased to confirm that Neville Roger Goodman, the Non-Executive Chairman of Networkers, has joined the Board of Matchtech as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Roger, 68, is currently Chairman of Apogee Corporation and a Non-Executive Director of NRG Consultants and the Mitie Pension Scheme Trustee. He was previously an Executive director of MITIE Group plc, from which he retired in 2012.

In addition to the directorships set out above, Roger also holds or has held directorships/partnerships in the five years preceding his appointment at the Company as follows:
