                       Launch of Specialist HR Practice                        

In the Company's final results on 28 March 2008, the Chairman's statement made
reference to selective growth in the number of consultants with particular
focus on two new practice areas: HR and Digital Media.

The Company is pleased to announce today that it has hired Margaret Edge to
lead the new specialist HR practice. Margaret has over twenty years experience
in executive recruitment and most recently was the Head of resourcing and
Development at Sainsbury's.

The Company has also appointed Conrad Hills to its financial services practice.
Conrad, who was a partner at Boyden UK, has extensive experience in the
financial services sector and his previous clients include several FTSE 100
companies.

The Company continues to make progress in the creation of a Digital Media
practice and hopes to make a further announcement in due course.

Commenting upon the appointments, Andrew Garner, Chief Executive, said:
