I note that this licence is so valuable that teh seller is loaning teh buyer the money to complete the transaction. How very benevolent of them.

Just been announced that Ten cent China's largest sell phone company have launched the biggest games app on their network ,
Notorious the Chinese won't pay for the games but they (TC)make their profits from advertising and "gifts"from one player to others for their winning

Aktobe's only material asset is its licence in respect of the Kokbulak iron ore deposit in the Aktyubinsk region of western Kazakhstan which is not being commercially exploited at present

Not content with the Chinese our gallant heroes not decie to trade their financial expertise with the Khazaks. Fortunately for the poor shareholders the Khazaks will probably disembowel the current board before selling the company to Bumi with Khazakmys as a 51% shareholder. Shortly after, our gallant board will discover that khazakmys have first dibs on any iron ore covered by this licence and or there is no method of getting any ore discovered to market

That was the price you could buy them for. The SP, ie the price that matters if you had bought them as per JK's tip, was 53p.
