20/1/2014 21:44 | JimmyAssuming you've spoken to the company at some point, are you expecting news from G3 Interactive soon?My view has always been that the only way shareholders will ever receive anything is if the company is sold, and given that it was a loss making cash drain previously, there's nothing to suggest it will be worth anything now. As for news on progress, even as a listed company they were rubbish at providing info for shareholders. It's hard to imagine that removing the regulatory obligation to report 6 monthly is going to improve the situation. | captain crash

13/1/2014 20:27 | Woolworths Rigsby? I guess at your age you don't need long term planning I always enjoyed your tales of success in the Spanish housing market - everyone else losing a mint but not rigsby. It is a shame these have dried up...rather like the rest of you. | marksp2011
12/1/2014 16:09 | Rigsby I have held QPP. Did very well taking a flyer when it dropped through the floor when it was discovered they were trading derivatives in their own stock. buying lots of small companies and "integrating" them seems to be very profitable. Remarkably profitable. I have spent some time trying to get to grips with the accounts but I must admit I failed. If/when they get to the main market with that required disclosures and the corporate activity slows we might see what lies underneath. This might be a goldmine......it is volatile enough to be a good trading share but not sure I would call it an investment. If it went up/down 75% tomorrow I wouldn't be surprised | marksp2011
10/1/2014 12:20 | Massive losses from GON or are you assuming people have followed your other tips? | captain crash |
