DJ Fusion IP Portfolio Stronger, Better Than Ever >FIP.LN


LONDON (Dow Jones)--Fusion IP PLC (FIP.LN), the university commercialisation company which turns university research into business, said Friday it remains confident its portfolio is stronger and better balanced than ever.

-Shares at 1140 GMT unchanged at 29.5 pence valuing the company at GBP16 million.

This is illiquid, its not easy to buy.

AVCT I looked into them a while ago but could find no info on a JV partner, seemed to be a phantom company so alarm bells rang. and I left it at that.

So difficult to time buying in, no trades at all shows that this is well under the radar, but I bought too early in AVCT and have watched my "investment" halve! I am still confident for the long term for both them and FIP, but I am just trying to improve on my timing. Good luck to all that hold, but I may wait a little while longer before joining you. I will probably miss the boat, but C'est la vie!

Fusion IP raises £3.2 million through share placement, IP Group participates

University IP commercialisation company Fusion IP (AIM: FIP) has raised £3.2 million in a proposed subscription by its cornerstone investor IP Group (LSE: IPO) and a placing with another new institutional shareholder. The proceeds will be used to fund the spin out of its portfolio companies.
